Novotel Accor to be opened in Bulgaria

Accor, the world's leading hotel manager, has launched a new project in Bulgaria in partnership with the Bulgarian investment company MHQ Ltd, announced the company yesterday. The construction works on the new middle-class Novotel are scheduled to be completed in January 2013. The new Accor project is part of a 15-storey mixed-use building, designed for approximately 8,100 sq m of office space and 9,600 sq m of a hotel complex. The main service section of the hotel will be located on the first two levels of the building, while the office area will be on the other six levels and the hotel rooms will occupy the last seven floors.

The new Accor project in Bulgaria, under the Novotel brand, will offer 177 rooms, including 4 suites and another 4 designed for guests with reduced mobility, as well as 6 conference rooms on a total area of ​​435 sq m area along with a leisure zone of 118 sq m, a restaurant of 167 sq m and a lobby bar of 125 sq m.

The office of MHQ Ltd. will cover an area of over 8,100 sq m, located on 6 floors, as well as Class A offices complying with the international standards of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association International) under the professional management of King Sturge, designated as an exclusive agent for office space leasing.
