BCCI bestows its traditional Annual Awards

For the 19th consecutive year, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) bestowed its traditional Annual Awards onto companies that have achieved better financial and economic results. The winners were determined based on specific criteria demonstrating sustainability and excellence in management. BCCI's TOP 100 used complex indicators. Rankings illustrate successful management, a realistic assessment of the economic environment and, most importantly - how businesses can develop against the background of a long economic crisis. The winner in the category "TOP 100 Companies, classified on maximum value of profit in BGN on BGN 100 sales revenue in 2011" is Stancho Kolev Ltd., Gabrovo, while Golden West Seed Bulgaria Ltd., Borissovo Village, Rousse region ranked first in the category "TOP 100 Companies, classified on maximum value of profit in BGN on BGN 100 equity in 2011". They were awarded a HERMES Bronze Statuette and an Honorary Diploma.

Agricola Bulgaria, Pleven (Northwest Planning Region), Sting JSC, Razgrad (North-Central Planning Region), Alkomet, Shoumen (Northeast Planning Region), Aurubis Bulgaria JSC, Pirdop (Southwest Planning Region); Bella Bulgaria, Plovdiv (South-Central Planning Region) and Papas-oil Ltd., Yambol (Southeast Planning Region) were awarded First place in the category "TOP 10x6 - Companies, classified on maximum value of sales revenue for 2011 in the National Planning Regions. They were awarded a Plaque and an Honorary Diploma.

BCCI awarded a Plaque and an Honorary Diploma to Neochim JSC, Dimitrovgrad, in the category "50 companies classified on alteration of the financial result in 2011 and 2010".

In the category "Sectoral Organisation for 2012", for contribution in achieving the goals and objectives of BCCI, the Chamber selected Sectoral Organisation for Textiles and Clothing (SOTC), which was awarded a HERMES Bronze Statuette and an Honorary Diploma.

The 2012 award for Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the system of BCCI was won by Blagoevgrad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which was also awarded a HERMES Bronze Statuette and an Honorary Diploma.
