Finance Minister: no updating of budget is planned

 Bulgarian Minister of Finances Vladislav Goranov announced that there are no plans for upgrading the country’s budget. “There are certain risks related to the fulfillment of some EU programmes because the end of 2015 is the expiry date for payments to be made under the current programme period. That is why I cannot say what the final results for the closing of the budget would be”, Goranov explained. According to him the major task should be to increase the efficiency of expenses, as the collecting of higher revenues is good news in itself, but if these revenues are spent inefficiently, the final result for the society would remain low.
