“If Russia agrees its flights to be checked at Bulgarian airport, then we will issue them a permission to use our airspace.” That is what Minister of Foreign Affairs, Daniel Mitov, told journalists, ahead of opening the forum themed “The role of NATO and EU in the wider Black sea region”, a reporter of FOCUS News Agency announced.

“It is clear that the EU imposed restrictions in terms of delivery of certain type of goods and services under decisions 782 of 2011 and 420 of 2012 of the European Union Council. Each EU member state is obliged to comply with these decisions and when there is information which gives us grounds to believe that the declared cargo was not the real one, that was the reason to refuse permission,” the Minister specified.
