The refugee flow is unknown crisis to Europe, for which it wasn’t prepared. That is what Deputy Prime Minister for EU funds and economic policy Tomislav Donchev said for NovaTV commenting on the increased refugee flow and upcoming speech by European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, who is due to announce plans to tackle Europe's worst migrant crisis since World War Two.

"We still have not requested anything, as we wait for European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker to present numbers. There are preliminary numbers, but whether they are true it is yet to be seen. To be precise refugee problem is not just in the numbers and quotas, the problems are much more," Tomislav Donchev said.

According to him, we are not just talking about refugees, but economic migrants.
