Bulgarian parliament will hold a regular sitting on Thursday.

The Bulgarian lawmakers are expected to continue the debates on the Pre-school and School Education Act on second reading. So far the parliament have adopted texts allowing the private schools to get a state subsidy, Bulgarian to be the official language used at the kindergartens and schools, as well as the state education standards.
The parliament kept unchanged the rule that the pre-school age starts after the child turns 5.

The Bulgarian National Assembly is also expected to vote on and ratify an agreement on the city waste water purification between the Ministry of Regional Development and the International Bank for reconstruction and Development.
