Compensations on Civil Liability insurance to be paid if the driver gets a heart attack

Civil Liability insurance will cover damages caused in car accidents in much more situations. Insurance companies will have to cover damages in more situations. Companies will pay compensations for every car accident caused by car damage or sickness of the driver. Car service centres will also have to insure cars that they repair.

Insurance policies will be valid only for trusted car service centres, which have signed agreements with insurance companies.

Car service centres will have to buy insurance policy for every car they repair and the policy will cover risks such as low-quality repair which became the reason for a car accident. This is expected to lead to a sharp increase in the price of insurance policies. Insurance companies will now pay compensations in cases such as sickness of the drier. Currently, the amount of compensations under Civil Liability insurance depend on the insurance policy, Vseki den newspaper reports.
