“Our demand for the resignation of Ivan Ivanov, Chairperson of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission, is still present,” said Kiril Domuschiev, chairperson of the Confederation and Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (KRIB), speaking at a briefing on Wednesday.

Commenting on the mass protest planned by the employers’ organisations in Bulgaria on September 30, Mr Domuschiev said that after all the things said and discussed so far, the employers’ organisations were about to make an official decision on whether to protest or not.

“We are optimistic at the moment,” Mr Domuschiev remarked.
