“Possibility for greater support to pass the constitutional amendments will be sought at the Chairperson’s Council sitting,” said Valeri Simeonov, Chairperson of the Patriotic Front (PF) parliamentary group, speaking for TV7 on Wednesday before the regular sitting of the National Assembly.

As regards the meeting between mandate-holder Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (CEDB) and the Alternative for Bulgarian Revival (ABV), Simeonov commented the ABV had a strange behaviour.

In his view, it would be logical for the ABV to back this project for constitutional amendments as the main principles in it are also contained in the stable government programme the formation signed.
