“For a second time the political elite demonstrated encouraging consensus on the judicial reform and the judicial power,” said Prosecutor General of Bulgaria Sotir Tsatsarov, speaking with journalists ahead of the sitting of the Supreme Judicial Council over the first-reading adoption of the constitutional amendments by the parliament on Wednesday, FOCUS News Agency reporter said.

“The first sign of such a consensus was the election of Chief Judicial Inspector. The second one was the first-reading adoption of the proposed amendments,” he remarked.
