“Entire process of adoption should be transparent enough and strongly supported by the state and by the society,” Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Labour and Social Policy Ivaylo Kalfin said, speaking in a video address on the occasion of the National Information Day on Adoption, which is organised by the Adopted and Adoptive Parents Bulgarian Association, the press centre of the ministry announced.

“Adoption is a new beginning, which combines simultaneously responsibility, love, and care,” Minister Kalfin commented.
