Treasury surplus end-September as well

There was a surplus of EUR 320 mln. at the treasury end-September. A deficit under the consolidated budget to the tune of EUR 750 mln. was registered for the same period of 2014, the finance ministry reminds. The revenues to the treasury end-September were expected to be worth EUR 12.3 bln. (79.5% of the annual estimate), or a 12 percent growth was marked on the same period of last year. It is due mostly to the higher tax and non-tax incomes, along with the EU funding transfers. Those went up by EUR 820 mln. and EUR 481 mln. respectively. Expenses were EUR 12 bln. end-September, or 71.6 percent of the annual estimate. Bulgaria’s installment to the EU budget comes to the tune of EUR 320 mln. and it has been fully paid.
