Rossen Plevneliev: Bulgaria is a stability factor on the Balkans

The development of trade and economic relations among the countries of the Balkan Peninsula is of key importance for Bulgaria, said Bulgarian President Rossen Plevneliev upon opening a Bulgarian-Albanian business forum. The Head of State pointed out that in a globalizing world the future belongs to the regions and not to individual countries. It belongs to cooperation and joint work in a common direction and common goals that would lead the Balkans to their due place in Europe and make possible the prosperity and development of the region. Bulgaria is a factor of stability on the Balkans, President Plevneliev further said and pointed to the active policy of this country for supporting the economic development and improving the investment atmosphere, for the enhancing the integration between the countries of the region.
