Migration pressure on Bulgaria marks decline

Deputy Premier and Minister of the Interior Rumyana Bachvarova said in Parliament that there is a decline in the number of migrants towards Bulgaria. The major task for Bulgaria is to reduce and neutralize illegal human trafficking and to prevent the spreading of illegal immigrants within the country. Minister Bachvaroa announced that the accommodation centers for migrants in Bulgaria are overcrowded and that imposes the need of re-organization in these reception centers. The wire fence along the border with Turkey is still under construction, but the process is slower than expected, Minister Bachvarova pointed out.
