Minister Kalfin: Clear rules are needed for managing migrant wave

The problem with the migrant wave in Europe is not a matter of numbers of people. Five-hundred-million Europe could take up 1 million immigrants. The problem is that the way the process is managed up to date, leaves the feeling that it is unmanageable, said Bulgarian Deputy Premier and Minister of Labor and Social Policy Ivaylo Kalfin in Athens. He is there to attend the World Forum of Bulgarian Media. He further pointed out that Europe should create clear and precise rules for the managing of the migrant wave. As long as the process remains unmanageable, the feeling of insecurity will persist; and that could have very heavy consequences for Europe, Minister Kalfin also said.
