“Europe should not succumb to fear; this is the goal of terrorists – making people in Europe frightened, hide, and change their way of living,” said Ivaylo Kalfin, Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister for Demographic and Social Policies and Minister of Labour and Social Policy, speaking Wednesday for the Bulgarian National Television (BNT).

In his view, a coalition should be established by all Arab countries, Russia, the USA, and Europe to counter the threat of terrorism.

Minister Kalfin stated the recent meeting held in Vienna had indicated there were some good prospects. “It is highly important we indeed start a process out of them,” the government member urged.
