Finance Minister: Budget 2016 is within the possibilities

We could demand many things out of social policy, but claiming that social expenses are being frozen is not serious and not true, said Bulgarian Deputy Premier and Minister of Labor and Social Policy Ivaylo Kalfin. He further explained that the priorities in next year’s budget are: the elderly, the National Insurance Institute as well children and child allowances, especially families of three children. According to Minister Kalfin, Budget 2016 is a budget within the frame of what is possible to be done and that social expenses are an obvious priority for the coming year. The Deputy Premier further pointed out that more European funding is also envisaged for the social sphere next year.
