“Steps Together” - an exhibition on at Gallery 10

An exhibition opened at Gallery 10 in Sofia presenting two artists - Anna Tikhonova from Belarus and Yulian Yordanov from Bulgaria. As the organizers say, the two have dedicated their lives, their love and their creative quests to one another.

Though they represent different schools of art, they have been travelling the road of graphic arts together - most of all ex-libris and small graphic forms. Anna Tikhonova represents the Belorussian graphic school and is a well-known name in the world of ex-libris. Anna has taken part in 50 international competitions and forums and has won 15 international awards; she is an art expert at the Museum of Modern Art in Minsk and curator of the museum's international ex-libris collection.

Yulian Yordanov is very popular outside Bulgaria as a graphic artist with around 30 solo exhibitions and around 20 awards from different competitions and forums around the world; he has also taken part in over 50 international expositions. It was art that brought the two together and the exhibition at Gallery 10 is one more step they are taking together.
