Bulgaria defence minister: Public procurement on army food supply to be suspended

“Public procurement on army’s food supply will be suspended,” Bulgarian Minister of Defence announced, as cited by the Bulgarian National Radio (BNR).

The minister confirmed that the public procurements in the field of defence would be immediately suspended, if any touch of suspicion emerged.

Speaking for the national radio the minister commented further that money had been secured for the modernisation of the MiG-29 jets. In his words, the military aviation would be able to use the machines for few more years.
