Bulgarian PM: Everyone saw how quickly and adequate Bulgaria responded to the migrant crisis

Everyone saw how quickly and adequate Bulgaria responded to the migrant crisis, including the European Commission. That is what Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov told journalists in Luxembourg, where he took part in the jubilee congress of the European People’s Party, a reporter of FOCUS News Agency announced.
In his words, EU member states assist with whatever means for the protection of external borders.
“More and more people want to come to Europe. The best organised part of the world becomes a magnet,” the Prime Minister noted.
Regarding political situation in the country, the Prime Minister stated that it was normal ahead of presidential elections everyone to take a good position and to obtain special benefit.
“It’s easy to talk from aside since they are irresponsible and do not bear responsibility for anything. We have been standing shoulder to shoulder with EPP for years and Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (CEDB) as a party has gone through all sorts of ups and downs, I think there was a lot more difficult times” the Prime Minister said.
