Code Yellow has been declared in all 28 districts of Bulgaria for Thursday, November 26, over the weather forecast for rain, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology with the Bulgarian Academy of Science announced.
Precipitation of 20 to 30 litres per square metre is around noon on Thursday.

Floods may strike some regions.

Driving might be hampered due to reduced visibility and aquaplaning.

Code Yellow, on the other hand, will be declared for the districts of Vidin, Vratsa, and Montana over snowfall. It will begin to snow in the mountainous regions in the districts in question on Thursday.

Code Yellow will be also valid for the districts of Razgrad, Silistra, Shumen, Dobrich, and Varna over strong wind.

The speed of the wind there will reach 14 to 17 m/s on the average.

Code Yellow means the weather is potentially hazardous.
