A private bailiff will offer at auction the family house of banker Atanas Burov in Rousse. The building is a monument of culture with over 100 years of history. The sale of the property has been necessitated because of liabilities of the company which owns it to a bank. The building is currently managed by a Rousse-based commercial company, which has a mortgage contract with a bank, worth €520,000. The advertisement for the sale has been published on the website of the Chamber of Private Bailiffs. The auction for the building will continue until May 5. Until then interested people may visit to view the house and submit their bids. The starting price for the real estate has been set at BGN 896,841 and the auction has been organised by private bailiff Ivan Hadzhiivanov. The masterpiece house was built in 1908 on an area of 280 sq m.
