NRA-Sofia collects some BGN 1.5 mln per month from sales of assets

In September, the National Revenue Agency (NRA) - Sofia will invite more than 20 tenders for the sale of movable and immovable assets of debtors. “An amount of minimum BGN 1.5 mln is due to enter the treasury from the expected transactions,” stated agency officials. More than 200 properties, including buildings, apartments and land pracels will be offered for sale at the tenders.

A tender for the sale of a small gas station in the village of Harlets, in the Vratsa region, has already been initiated. The initial bidding price is set at BGN 30, 000. A tender has already been invited for the sale of a gas station with a storage tank for butane and a gas filling station in the town of Kozloduy. The bidding will start at BGN 50,000 and the tender winner will get a yard of over 500 sq.m. and an office building as well. All items included in these two tenders are in excellent state.

A sewing shop,of 512 sq. m., together with the adjacent land parcel of 347 sq. m., Sandanki will be offered for sale, for about BGN 164,800.  The bidding for a baker’s shop, situated on a parcel of 384 sq. m, in the village of Treklyano, region of Kyustendil , will start at BGN 9,680.

An administrative building of 312 sq. m, in the Sofia district of Nadezhda, will be offered for sale at the tender, with initial bidding price of BGN 90,800. Golfers can participate in the bidding for a terrain of 3, 000 sq.m. on the land of the town of Razlog, close to the golf course. Its initial tender price is set at BGN162,739.

Apartments in the town of Bobov Dol, a pigsty in the town of Koprivshtitsa, a mill in the village of Chelopech, and others are among the properties slated for sale as well together with land parcels in Simitli, Gotse Delchev, Novi Iskar, in the villages of Jana and Gaytanevo, Sofia region, and Staro Selo, Radomir region.

“Since the beginning of the year, NRA-Sofia has collected more than BGN 14.5 mln from the sale of seized assets and overdue fines imposed by various administrations,” stated tax officials. The amount exceeds by BGN 9 mln the respective figure in the same period last year.
