Hotels around the world offer discounts of 50% or more

In the middle of the summer, five-and four-star hotels around the world are offering plenty of attractive deals, shows a survey of Klassa daily. The establishments sometimes offer discounts of 50% or more. Most often, this is the policy four- and five-star hotels, business hotels, as well as for restaurants in the larger cities.

For instance, some hotels in Lisbon are offering a price of € 74 per room per night, but only if your stay is for two nights; Others offer discounts from € 246 to €123 per night. In Istanbul, regardless of the duration of your stay at the Hotel Alkoclar Keban, you can pay just some €65 per night per person. Prestige Hotel, in turn, has offers for 60 € per night. In Malta, you san stay in a three-star hotel for €50 instead of €100. In Thailand, Puket, prices start from €19. According to the requirements of some hotels, the guest must stay two nights so as to be eligible for the discount. Overall, most of the attractive deals  are offered in the United States, Thailand, China, France, Germany, Portugal, Turkey, Vietnam.

Hotels are offering those deals with the main aim to fill up their free rooms even for a 24h stay. The offer would mostly benefit businessmen or people with confirmed travel schedule.In most cases, after the booking is made, there are no refunds. This is why the 50% discount offer is risky for the clients, commented for Klassa daily, Mariella Uzunova from the online booking website TravelStoreMaker.com.

Bulgarian hotels, however, have not really put forward such deals on the market. The Chairman of the Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association, Blagoi Ragin said for Klassa that there was no information of such offer. Our hotels do not really offer online bookings and this is why, they are less flexible. In fact, there is no website informing tourists about the offers of different hotels so that they are able to make a comparison. Last-minute bookings are the most attractive offers here.
