Tsvetanov: GERB replaced Traikov for we no longer trusted him

Traicho Traikov insulted the parliamentary group of GERB (Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria party) with his statement that he had nothing to do with the party. The latter was reported yesterday by the Deputy Prime and Interior Minister, Tsvetan Tsvetanov on TV7 regarding the dismissal of his colleague. Tsvetanov stated that it was normal to change ministers once the trust was over. 
He accused Traikov of pretending unjustly to be a victim. The Prime Minister was extremely explicit when he reckoned that the Bulgarian-Russian NPP Belen construction project was suspended, retorted visibly annoyed the Vice PM. He made it clear that PM Boyko Borissov has always the final say in everything that happens in the energy sector.

Tsvetanov also commented on the new ministerial nominees to be voted by Parliament tomorrow. According to him, the candidate for Traikov's successor in the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism (MEET), Delian Dobrev will act as an effective minister. Besides, the nominee for Minister of Health, Desislava Atanasova enjoys the support of the GERB parliamentary group and the Cabinet.

Meanwhile, only the opposition leader of Ataka party, Volen Siderov explicitly expressed his standpoint on how his party would vote in respect to the candidacies of Delian Dobrev and Desislava Atanasova. Siderov was adamant that Ataka will not support their nomination because these politicians are not prepared for ministerial posts. Representatives of Coalition for Bulgaria and the Blue Coalition stated before Klassa daily that they would discuss the actual ballot strategy to pursue in the plenary hall the following day.
