The Regional Directorate for National Construction Supervision is demolishing buildings at the seaside

“The Regional Directorate for National Construction Supervision (RDNCS) in Burgas has initiated the demolition of four houses without building permits,” said officials from the directorate yesterday. Experts from the administration are also checking whether the voluntary demolition of the last illegal buildings in the fishing village of Chengene Skele has been completed. RDNCS reports that 3 pools and a water slide had been pulled down in the resort of Sunny Beach.

Varna Regional Directorate has found five illegal sites for showers in the Golden Sands resort and has issued orders for their demolition. The owners may voluntarily remove them until May4, and then the illegal facilities will be demolished compulsory. Inspections of the municipality show that there are about 50 illegal stands in the complex St. Constantine and Helena, but the measures, which will be taken against them are still not considered.
