With a healthy sense of humor, the performance traces the human mind’s wanderings on its path towards perfection, using clever choreography loaded with strong visual blasts and memorable group scenes.

BIG MOUTH is a performance about the clash between personal and collective identity within Israeli society. The dance by Niv Sheinfeld, Oren Laor and Keren Levi (who are also the performance’s choreographers) thematizes the naïve wish to belong to a social system while simultaneously remaining true to ourselves, to our impulses and strivings.

After stumbling across an Electro dance performance on the street, Spanish choreographer Blanca Li was inspired by the irresistible energy, the unconventional language and the boundless universe of this urban dance style. This moment gave rise to her desire to rework it within her own choreography and to bring together some of the most prominent representatives of the dance movement at the heart of the Electro dance scene, embarking with them on the frenetic and explosive adventure that is ELEKTRO KIF.
