Bulgarian transport priorities for the 2014-2020 programming period under discussion

Yesterday, the Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, Ivaylo Moscovski, met in Brussels with Siim Kallas, the Vice-President of the European Commission and Commissioner for Transport, and with Johannes Haan, European Commissioner for Regional Policy, announced the press office of the Transport Ministry. During the talks, the implementation of the Operational Programme Transport was discussed along with Bulgarian priorities over the next programming period 2014 - 2020. Ivaylo Moscovski informed the Commissioner about the additional steps and measures taken by the Transport department on countering the difficulties in the implementation of EU-funded projects under the Operational Programme Transport. On the Bulgarian side, the summit was attended also by the Minister of EU Funds Management, Tomislav Donchev.
