A total of 337,000 Russian citizens and legal persons buy property in Bulgaria

A total of 337,000 Russian citizens and legal persons have purchased property in Bulgaria, announced Deputy Minister of Justice, Denitsa Valkova, at an international seminar at the Sunny Beach resort, organised by the Notary Chamber of Bulgaria and the Federal Notary Chamber of Russia.

The forum was attended by notaries from the two countries and from Turkey. During the forum, the Chairman of the Notary Chamber of Bulgaria, Dimitar Tanev, and the representative of the Federal Notary Chamber of Russia, Stanislav Smirnov, signed an agreement for co-operation between the notaries of the two countries.

Russian citizens must know that their rights are guaranteed, that their right to property is protected and they will not become victims of fraud, stated Dimitar Tanev.
