Tsveta Karayancheva, CEDB: Anti-terrorism, anti-corruption legislations to be among parliament’s priorities during the new season

“The anti-terrorism and anti-corruption legislations will be among parliament’s priorities during the new season.”
This is what Tsveta Karayancheva, deputy chairperson of the parliamentary group of the mandate-holder Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (CEDB), said speaking for Radio FOCUS.
In her words, the parliament will also examine the interior ministry act, the act on the armed forces, as well as the state budget for next year.
“The adoption of the budget will be wild and dramatic, just like any other time, because this is an opportunity for the opposition – the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP), the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) and the rest of the parties that do not support the government, to make their pledges and to show how social they are,” the politician commented further.
Ms Karayancheva recalled about the surpluses the government realised thanks to the fight against smuggling and the good work of the revenue agencies.
