"We have adopted on Wednesday amendments to the Law on Excise Duties and Tax Warehouses, through which уе virtually returned to the old rules of home making of Rakia. The anti-terrorism law is extremely important. We also adopted amendments to the VAT Law, related to the trade of the liquid fuels, "she added. Daniela Saveklieva said that the new texts reschedules the mechanism, according to which the persons trading with liquid fuels are required to provide collateral in cash, government securities or in unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee for a period of one year before the NRA.
