 Prosecution remains the most unreformed part of the judiciary in Bulgaria. This is what Metodi Andreev, a member of parliament from GERB party, told Radio Focus on Saturday.
According to him, the parliament made a mistake, leaving the mandate of the Supreme Judicial Council. 
"This reflects very badly on the judiciary. Apparently the problem of independence is too serious. Judges strike because certain powers to the Supreme Judicial Council want to impose their opinion and their decisions of judges. When the judges talk about it, we have no reason to doubt, as they work in this system and have a look inside, not just outside of the system, "said Metodi Andreev.
