EC inspected the construction of Trakia motorway

Representatives of the European Commission inspected the construction of Trakia motorway and other projects financed under Operational Programme (OP) Transport. According to them, the project implementation is running well, while the construction work on all lots is ahead of schedule and for now, no future problems on the successful completion of the motorway are expected. The EC representatives reported that the electrification of the railroad line Svilengrad-Turkish border will be finalised by the end of this year.
