Firms may submit their annual financial statements to NRA’s offices

For the first time, firms will be able to submit their annual financial statements not only at the Registry Agency, but also at 34 offices of the National Revenue Agency (NRA) as per the agreement reached between the managers of the two institutions, announced the Registry Agency. The deadline for submission of annual financial statements is March 30th, 2013. The citizens intending to take advantage of this opportunity will have to present to the NRA the full set of documents necessary for declaring the annual financial statements at the Commercial Register. The NRA will welcome to its structures employees of the Registry Agency, who will be accepting the documents. This will reduces the administrative burden on businesses, providing greater convenience and speed of service.
