MEP: Greece is already a huge refugee camp

  Greece faces severe humanitarian crisis. That is what MEP with the Progressive Alliance of Socialist and Democrats with the European Parliament, Iliyana Yotova, said for Radio FOCUS. 
In her words, with coming the summer the country would face with epidemiology. 
“Greece already turned into a refugee camp and we should have no illusions here. The fact that route through the Western Balkans to the Western Europe is closed doesn’t mean that are no daily attempts for crossing the Greek-Macedonian border. The authorities there face daily the risk a part of the refugees on the Greek territory to make an attempt to move to the other side in Macedonia and hence in Western Europe,” the MEP said.
