Evgeni Angelov to be responsible for SMEs

Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism Traicho Traikov appointed his deputy Evgeni Angelov envoy for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). He was presented at the ongoing conference in Budapest, attended by EU Commissioner for Industry and Entrepreneurship Antonio Tajani and EC SME Envoy Daniel Calleja Crespo. As SMEs envoy, Deputy Minister Angelov will coordinate the policies on small- and medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurship among the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism, the central administration and local authorities. Evgeni Angelov will be monitoring the application of principles of the European strategy for SMEs SBA (Small Business Act) at the national level. He will represent our country in the EU and will initiate and maintain dialogue with all concerned parties with regard to SMEs, specified the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism.
