This year our slogan is: “Water Tower Art Fest follows the White Rabbit” as a sign of our never-ending curiosity for whatever comes our way. “Alice in Wonderland” embraces the space, where everything is possible as long as you are able to imagine it. Alice wanders through various ideas of worlds, meeting talking animals, flowers and people, who seem to irradiate onto their surroundings and modify them appropriate to their comfort. In Wonderland, it is not society which moulds imagination, but imagination, which moulds society.
The Non is governmental, non – profit, organization, working in the fields of art and culture, towards establishing collaborative connections with other international artists organizations and artists (creative people) themselves, with the aim of working with the means of art and cultural exchange, ideas, creating artistic communities, residencies with art for social change practices and art centers in Bulgaria as a base for free spiritual zones.
The goals of the organization are development of creative industries in the region, support for cultural diversity, development of regional cultural market, and support for mobility of people, ideas and works.
The NGO – IME has been established for the support of cultural production and cultural life in the Balkan region, as well as connecting the region with other parts of Europe and the World. The NGO is consisting of creative independent people and as such small organization doesn’t have the ambition to play the vast role of personification of the BG culture, but simply collaborate in a creative ways dealing with cultural, social and other issues on national and international basis.
